Structural steel is the backbone to most commercial, industrial and some residential buildings. While other fabricated metal items may be important, the structural steel within your project is what keeps the roof overhead and the walls standing tall! We will provide your steel package in the most timely manner with pinpoint accuracy to get your project moving. With our in house CNC cutting system, 125 ton punching system and 150 ton CNC braking capability, we can fabricate most any structural component required without outsourcing.

Our in house ASW QC1 CWI can kick off your project with accurate welding procedures and welder qualifications to expedite the submittal process. We strive to make the welding scope of your project a painless smooth process. With a vast array of processes and qualified operators, Builtware can handle piping projects from small bench top pre-fabricated stainless manifolds to much larger field welded carbon steel pipe lines.
Line Boring
Line Boring
Line boring is one of the more specialized machining processes involving attention to detail and accuracy to the .001". With our York portable line boring equipment we can handle boring projects from 1-1/2" to 10" diameter through most steel and cast alloys. Quality Control
Additional Information
Our primary objective here at Builtware Fabrication is to deliver a quality product. Many of our competitors will sacrifice quality to speed up production and that is not how we operate. At the end of the day doing a job once saves time and money.
We employ a full time AWS QC1, CWI to oversee the projects from beginning to end. We work closely with the testing labs to qualify all of our welding procedures and follow the specified standards to the letter when qualifying our welder operators.
To ensure proper material and job tracking we use E2 Shop Systems. This system allows us to track your material from order to installation. We also keep time records to the minute for each project so we know at any time who was working and how much time they spent on any one step.
